The following Link will take you to the Master Personnel Roster of the 445th Bomb Group. This is a very small file to download (247 KB) but extremely lengthy to print out. It is 121 pages long and will print out in the 'landscape' mode (along the long axis of your paper). This listing was created by Dick Gelvin, a former lead navigator with the 700th Bomb Squadron. Several years ago, Dick and Ed Zobac (the son of a 700th Squadron gunner) went to the National Archives in College Park, MD and copied some 4,000+ pages of records from the archives - crew load lists, formation charts and some post mission reports. From those pages, Dick entered the names into a Lotus 1-2-3 spreadsheet he created, listing the pilots and all of the crewmen who flew with them and on what missions they went on. He ultimately wanted to create a database from which he could extract the names of the other crew members who flew with a certain person. This would be used to create Personal Mission Histories which Dick would offer to former 445th members and their families. His untimely death in July of 2005 halted that effort.
